This is the kind of text that I think contains words that speak to everyone in life.
This was found on My Friend’s Wall around 2007 and when I started reading the tombstone enough times I memorized it and a few passages especially cleansed me and they also made me move. I noticed that once I started to heal through Psychokinesiology and many other therapies I was no longer moving at those points.

Step calmly in the middle of the noise and hurry.
Remember which peace crystallizes into silence.
As far as possible without giving up on yourself, stay on good terms with people.
Speak your own acquaintance calmly and clearly.
Also listen to the stupid and ignorant as they too have their stories to tell.
Avoid loud and aggressive individuals, they are a torment to the soul.
If you compare yourself to others, you can become useless, because there are always people bigger and more insignificant than you yourself.
Rejoice in your accomplishments as well as your plans.
Maintain an interest in your life’s work no matter how modest as it is a fixed asset in the fluctuation of time and happiness.
Many strive for high ideals and for all life is full of heroism.
Be careful in business because the world is full of fraud.
However, let it not make you blind to what is good.
Be yourself and especially don’t pretend to be affectionate, especially don’t be insidious about love for it, it is eternal like grass in the midst of drought and insecurity.
Gently accept the advice of the years, painlessly giving up on youth.
grow and Strengthen your spirit in the face of a sudden misfortune, but don’t depress yourself by imagining.
Many fears are born of loneliness and exhaustion.
Not forgetting healthy self-discipline, be gentle with yourself, you are a child of the universe of the universe.
No less than the trees and stars you have the right to be here.
and whether it be clear to you whether or not the universe crystallizes as it should, therefore keep peace with God, whatever the image of him may be, and whatever your races may be in the midst of the tumultuous mess of life.
Keep the peace with your soul.
Be attentive.
