Presenting great healing and analyzing tool called Autonomic Response Testing
(ART = Autonomic Response Testing)
Dr. Dietrich Klinghard, a German living in America, has developed a comprehensive method for diagnosing the body and treating psychological trauma using a kinesiological muscle test.
It is based on kinesiological tests to ensure that the autonomic nervous system can respond appropriately to a stimulus, or whether there are barriers at the body or psyche level. The psychokinesiological test is a BIOfeedback test and is based on scientific facts.
ART is a method of testing the functioning of the biophoton field of the autonomic nervous system and the body.
Biophoton field: Biophotons are light particles that are generated inside the body or in living food, for example, and already radiate continuously from its surface. These spontaneous emissions are believed to be related to the formation of free radicals from energy metabolism processes.
The biophoton field can also be called the light field of the body, where energy from the sun communicates between the nervous systems. Without energy, nothing works.
ART = Autonomic Response Testing:
- Testing determines a person’s current energy field.
2. The test locates pathological tissue changes and nervous system obstructions.
3. The test will find the real deeper causes of the symptom. All levels of being are considered, including the psyche and the family community, beliefs, and internal programming.
4. The test shows the relationships between causes and symptoms.
5. The test shows the disadvantages of environmental toxins in the body.
This kind of work also affects our attitudes. We become aware of the problematic development of our environment, and it motivates the desire to contribute to the preservation of a healthy living environment.
Primarily, we test the light body with the ART method, which can also be called an energy field or energy body. We use the 5 body/level models used by yoga schools
- Physical level /body
- Electromagnetic level or energy body
- Mental level / body
- Intuitive level / body
- H health level/body
of all illnesses and disorders, both mental and physical can be found at every level.
Muscle testing in psychokinesiological therapy/analysis or inventory
When the body is under stress, the muscles tense automatically and autonomously. In this state, the muscle is in a state of greatest tension and ready for action. Muscle works on an “all or nothing” basis. When the “danger” is over, the muscles relax. This method of regulation is co-regulated by many parts of the nervous system, it is the “motor matrix” in English. The function of the autonomic nervous system is most important for muscle testing. Muscle tension reflects the stress state of the whole.
When “muscle holds” there can be two reasons for this:
– “Concrete muscle” or muscle is overstressed, in a state of stress, and unable to respond to a stimulus properly (muscle lock)
-Balanced, well-being, strong muscle, reactive and therefore in a test condition, not in a state of stress.
When “muscle gives way,” two states are possible:
-collapsed muscle that cannot react in a state of weakness
-casual, healthy muscle, state of relaxation and renewal
Regulatory mechanism “limbic system muscle”:
When a tiger comes in through the door, our muscles tense. We are ready to fight or flee. When we go to bed in the evening, the muscles relax without us having to consciously guide them (usually). Regulation of muscle tension is an autonomous function.
Once again, regulation affects many aspects, such as heart rate (HRV) , immune function, smooth vessel wall tension, and the regulation of autonomic nerve muscle fibers. The state of tension in the muscles decreases, and thus the muscle gives way.
ART muscle testing:
Does not test the actual muscle strength of the client or intermediary. It tests the customer’s ability to respond to the increasing testing intensity of the tester. The tester’s muscle strength increases for about 2 seconds and the tester maintains maximum strength for a while. The outside viewer will not see any movement if the muscle holds. This complete counterbalance is only possible if all parts of the human nervous system are in good condition (autonomic nervous system, motor matrix, sensory nervous system, RES, muscle fibers) and the stress factor introduced into the field (e.g., drug, food, etc.) does not cause stress in the system.
In order to get a consistent, reliable measure in a muscle test, the client must be taught the basic test, i.e. the muscle test is practiced a couple of times and a functional test strength is tested. A better option is to test through an intermediary. When a client focuses on answering a muscle test, the muscle must either hold or give in.
If the muscle is not moving anywhere, no matter how much muscle force is used, the muscle is locked i.e. the stress level is really high.
Testing can be done face-to-face directly to the client, through an intermediary, or remotely through a video call where the tester himself acts as an intermediary (this last option is very difficult and only works with particularly sensitive people).
Our body’s wonderful autonomic nervous system communicates with our subconscious. This occurs in all vertebrates and is part of the nervous system, directing and regulating the internal organs without the conscious regulation or command of the organism. The autonomic nervous system comprises two groups of antagonistic nerves, the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, and the enteric nervous system.
Autonomic nervous system:
It includes three anatomically distinct divisions: sympathetic, parasympathetic, and enteric. Autonomic nervous systemis a part of the peripheral nervous system that is responsible for regulating involuntary physiological processes such as respiration, heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, and sexual arousal.
Sympathetic nervous system:
It automatically controls the body’s ability to react quickly in dangerous or stressful situations. A sudden flood of hormones increases the body’s activity level and heart rate, sending a lot of extra blood to the muscles and making contact with the internal organs through the brain. When the nervous system gets stimulated, it can start preparing the body for stress by increasing the heart rate and blood circulation to the muscles and also removing blood from the skin.
Parasympathetic nervous system:
It is responsible for the body’s resting and a digestive process called the recovery of the body when the body is relaxed, resting, or eating. It balances and calms the body after the passivation of the sympathetic nervous system, i.e. a stressful situation.
The parasympathetic nervous system slows breathing and heart rate and increases digestion.
It contains the nerve fibers of the nervous system, or cerebral nerves, which mainly mean the vagus nerve and the lumbar spinal nerves. When these nerves are activated, they increase digestive secretions and reduce, for example, the heartbeat.
Enteric nervous system:
It refers to the intestinal nervous system, which determines gastrointestinal motility, regulates gastric acid secretion, changes local blood circulation, releases intestinal hormones, and interacts with the intestinal immune system.
Autonomous nervous system response testing in psychokinesiology allows you to communicate with your subconscious.
In psychokinesiological therapy/analysis, communication is made with the subconscious (i.e. the light body). Dr. Dietrich Klinghard, a German living in America, has developed a holistic method for treating mental trauma using a kinesiological muscle test.
We make sure that the autonomic nervous system, or the subconscious, can respond to the stimulus in the right way or that there are obstacles at the level of the body or psyche.
Everything in our universe and reality is actually vibration, a vibration that ripples at a certain frequency, sounds, colors, nature, animals, electricity, and so on.
Let’s go through the different parts of the Energy Body
- The energy body or biophoton field. (The one where each of us also feels the emotions)
- First transformation layer/membrane: light signals are converted to a bioelectrical phenomenon (the photovoltaic phenomenon described by Albert Einstein takes place in tubulin. The tubulin receives light energy in the body (see Albert Popp’s research)
- Structures lead to the autonomic nervous system and another electrical charge in the interstitial cell. The intermediate space of the cells in the Matrix.
- Second transformation layer/membrane: electrical charge changes to biochemical charge (nerve terminals and vesicles producing neurotransmitters)
No living thing on this planet can function without energy. In other words, energy is electricity/light. For example, the human body does emit visible light at very low levels. In theory, a person can produce 100 watts of electricity, which is equivalent to a ceiling light. Some people can produce up to 2,000 watts. For example, a washing machine consumes 1150 watts. However, these levels rise and fall over the day.
Studies have shown that the body emits visible light, 1000 times less intense than light visible to the naked eye.
As we have said before in our writing, virtually all living beings radiate very faint light. To learn more about this low-visibility light, Japanese scientists used highly sensitive cameras — Kirlia cameras that could detect individual photons. Five healthy 20-year-old volunteers with bare chests were placed in front of the cameras in complete darkness in light-tight rooms for 20 minutes every three hours. The researchers found that the body’s glow rose and fell during the day, reaching a low at 10 a.m. and peaking at 4 p.m. After that, it gradually decreased. These findings suggest that light emissions are associated with the body’s clock, probably due to the fact that metabolic rhythms vary during the day. We talked about this in our blog post “Basics of Weight Management”, where we told you e.g. about the organ clock. Read more about this topic here:
Genetics and Epigenome
The human genome contains about 30,000 genes, a little more than a fly and a little less than corn. The genes contain e.g. structural formula of enzymes. Each gene exists in duplicate; one half is from the father and the other half is from the mother. Only one will be read or used. The epigenome is responsible for which gene is read, i.e., which is active. It also determines the structure of each enzyme. Each enzyme can exist in 1000 different forms. Every single change in enzymes affects the shape of the finished protein, its quantity, quality, etc. The epigenome is also affected by diet, psyche, electric radiation, toxins, etc. External stimuli determine what DNA produces – DNA is just a “library”.
An epigenome is a set of chemical compounds that tell the genome what to do. An epigenome is made up of proteins and chemical compounds that can control actions such as turning a gene on or off. They can attach to DNA and direct actions such as the regulation of protein production in specific cells.
3. A light body also called a biophoton field
The body is surrounded by a so-called biophoton field. It is constructed as follows: each healthy cell emits light in the form of a biophoton. Biophoton light is completely different from sun and lamp light. Photons are carriers of information. They work in intercellular communication. The cells go into a state where the light emitted by one cell is a mirror image of the light from the other cell. This creates inverse wave light. In this mode, light is neither visible nor measurable, but it still exists. This state is called the coherent state. The emitted light also goes outside the physical body, creating an energy body, or biophoton field. The biophoton field consists of a wide variety of light: standing waves, polarized light, constructive and destructive interference, light waves of different and similar phases, and flattened light. Nature uses all different communications through light. A flattened biophoton can store information much more than all libraries in the world together.
The biophoton field is well organized and stable. It stores all the events from conception to the present day. The brain is the mere receiver of this stored information. When we try to remember something, the brain has to go to the right frequency like a radio receiver, and this way we can receive information about the information stored in the field. If we fail to remember something, the brain has not found the right channel.
The biophoton field is generated as the sum of the light emitted by individual photons. Known light emitting structures are the intracellular, DNA, and extracellular tubulin networks. The total information of the light field created by the body in turn radiates back and gives the total information back to the body (two-way information exchange). This total information of the light field determines how the DNA is read and thus produces the transfer DNA, which in turn produces enzymes and amino acids. More than 100,000 biochemical enzyme-driven reactions take place in every cell. The biophoton field organizes and directs all these events. The tubulin network is both inside and outside the cell and receives light. It directs information either directly to the production of enzymes or to the non-myelinated nerve fibers of the autonomic nervous system, where the light phenomenon changes into energy potentials (down stepping ).
If there is a disorder or imbalance in the field, the body’s biochemistry will not work in a healthy way, for example, if there is a rupture in the light field as a result of a trauma (so-called mental field rupture). At the same time, the disorder provides stress information to the autonomic nervous system, which we can test and thus make visible through a kinesiological muscle test. If the order and function of the light field are disturbed, it has serious consequences at the level of the physical body and biochemistry. The high-level order of the lower field is broken into so-called fractals. Whenever something changes in the light field, it simultaneously has an effect on the autonomic nervous system. These changes can be detected through a kinesiological muscle test, and the performance of the entire muscle test is based on this. It is the basis of ART (autonomous response testing).

Why does the mind repeat mistakes?
Each repressed trauma causes relatively permanent neural connections and certain biochemical reactions in the body, nerves, and brain. Our body gets used to this situation, experiences it as normal, and becomes addicted to that condition. An unconscious obsession arises to repeat the experience. Man does not act sensibly but works logically. For example, anger is caused by cholecystokinin, adrenaline, noradrenaline, and serotonin ( which are neurotransmitters).
After emotional release, the biochemistry returns to normal and the recurrence disappears.
In kinesiological muscle testing, the caregiver tests the client’s muscle strength through an intermediary or directly to the client. In some cases, it is also possible to perform the treatment completely online using a video call, where the caregiver performs the testing themselves.

You have power and the power of the subconscious is greater than we imagine.
The power of the subconscious and the law of attraction
The power of the subconscious to constantly think or feel something in the background affects the law of attraction so that we also attract the same. Very often these things are completely or partially unconscious, and then we start thinking that the things that happen to us are coincidences, and if something great happens then it is a stroke of luck.
Fortunately, that is not true!
Fortunately, we have the ability to make a full impact on our lives. Admittedly, we need to become aware of what our subconscious is, what kind of thoughts and feelings, and then begin to head in the direction we want to go in our lives.
Psychokinesiological analysis and treatment is the most comprehensive study and treatment I have ever met. Our inner child, or subconscious, knows exactly what is the obstacle to our healing, and only a few trends in kinesiology can examine those deepest hidden traumas. To do that, we need technology and tools.
