At Qi-Optima we believe that happiness resides in freedom, economically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our life is really something we create in our subconscious mind through our thoughts and feelings. Addiction in turn is a pattern we create that generally can be associated with emotional blocks or trauma (like abandonment or violence).
The feeling of pain and suffering, even loss is something uncomfortable to us, which is why we search for solutions that help us neglect the feelings we do not want to feel. Pain and suffering take us into a type of survival mode and forces us to focus on finding ways to get through the day, even to the extent where we start to numb ourselves and forget any feelings of frustration.
What do we actually mean by addiction?
Addiction is a complex thing, because of the triggers, the source is often hidden from us. When a person experiences addiction, they lose control of an area in their life and instead become dependent on an action that can help them cope with day-to-day life. These actions or coping strategies can take many forms, but most commonly we associate addiction with:
• Substance misuse
• Partaking in destructive activity
• Forming an abnormal behavior pattern
How does addiction creep into our lives?
Addiction is challenging because it is a gradual process, a pattern that is taking shape. It is strange that something so innocent like wanting to have a bit of fun or just testing one’s own limits can lead to such destructive patterns that suffocate and control our life and restrict our freedom. Addictions do not trigger in everyone and the reason is balance, the more balanced and stable a person is the less likely it is that addiction can take destructive shape.
People who are in balance, (body, mind, and heart) rarely need to push their limits and life to the extreme, to live on the edge where danger is present. This type of edge is a dark place where temptation gets the better of us, it is where we exchange what is rational for what is irrational, which is rebellion rather than harmony.
We should remember that this edge of temptation is a trap anyone of us can fall into and therefore it is worth remembering that addiction can creep into our lives in many ways, obsessive relationships to work, sport, gaming, porn, fast food, or sugar. Even a hobby like collecting stones can become an addiction, so remember it could creep into your life without you even noticing it, which is why we all should keep working on removing our blocks and trauma.
Blocks and trauma are like cracks, if we do not fix them they will over time and in the long run make the whole wall collapse, which is why they can often be traced back to our childhood or uncomfortable emotions like parents’ unsolved traumas.
If there is something you would like to share in relation to addiction, please do so. It could be a story or personal experience, ideally also how you overcame or removed an addiction in your life. Sharing is extremely important because it helps people with addiction or those who deal and work with cases of addiction to better understand how to better cope and deal with the situation and find solutions.
Ten addictions in modern society
Knowledge is power and knowing the most common addictions in modern society is a good reminder of what to look out for, but remember that addictions do not restrict themselves to common traits, they can take many different shapes.
Top 10 addictions in modern society
We think that it is normal that our day should start with a cup or many cups of coffee. Well, actually coffee usually takes us into a very vicious cycle, because it keeps on wiping our much-needed hormones away and as a result, our condition deteriorates week by week.
Coffee is an activating and comforting drug that makes our body acidic, whilst also weakening bones, skin, and hair.
The best option for coffee is…
2. TOBACCO AND NICOTINE
Tobacco has become one of the most common and destructive addictions around and it even burdens other people passively. Cigarettes are for many the best way to take a little break, especially if we feel angry or pissed, then nothing beats lighting up a cigarette to get some relief and escape the situation. Do remember, running away from things, not facing up to our problems, and constructively dealing with challenges means we lack courage, it is a cowardly behavior that hinders our personal growth.
Tobacco is obviously very dangerous due to the toxins and unwanted chemicals, which the body and mind is subjected. The poisons in cigarettes make our nutrition evaporate into empty space because our body keeps using up all the nutrition to detoxify the body from these toxins.
Tobacco and nicotine is an activating and comforting drug that makes our body acidic, resulting in weakening of bones, skin, and hair, but also significantly damages our lungs and liver.
Alcohol contains sugar, which is why it is so addictive. Although it is very damaging it is largely available across the world and heavily associated with lifestyle and even made trendy. We should remember that alcohol damages the brain because it is a solvent and does not help our liver or internal organs either.
Alcohol is an activating and comforting drug that also makes our body acidic, weakens bones, skin, and hair, and damages brains and liver. Because it contains sugar it encourages fungus and cancer to develop and cultivate inside our bodies.
Becoming addicted to sex can be very harmful, especially if the person in question can be associated with a narcissistic personality disorder. Sex and sexuality is a beautiful natural thing and vital for human evolution, but anyone and everyone who practices sex should do so at their own free will and because they want to.
Addiction to sex can harm and scar relationships and families due to its many dimensions. However, we should still remember the beautiful dimensions of sex and how it can make us feel alive. If you want to dive deeper into the world of pleasure in a controlled and safe way try a tantric method.
5. ILLEGAL AND PRESCRIPTION DRUGS
All drugs (especially synthetic ones) stress out and damage our liver and tend to bring sugars and lactose, as well as unnecessary heavy metals and chemicals into our bodies. The worst and most disturbing thing is when we suffer from a serious addiction we tend to try to cure and control our problem through the administration and use of drugs. Also notice, that any ingredient can be called a drug when used irresponsibly, overdosage damages and burdens our body.
Gambling is an addiction associated with feeling alive, we get hooked by the idea and feeling of winning. Gambling takes our emotions on a roller-coaster where we rapidly keep moving or surf between the feeling of desperation and invincibility. You can lose it all in or win big in an instant and this destructive process releases dopamine and endorphin, which is why gambling is so addictive and very damaging.
Gambling can be very harmful to oneself and especially to the family when all money and income can at worst even vanish in an instant. Even at the point of desperation a gambling addict can rarely stop or turn their life around, it is therefore one of the worst obsessions around.
7. THE INTERNET AND MODERN TECHNOLOGY
The Internet is the source of countless addictions, from software to social media applications like Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn and it still keeps delivering more and more addicting applications like tic TOC, which is a ruthless way uses repetition to take our focus away from the things we really should be spending our time on. These types of repetitive applications are especially dangerous because they negatively influence our perception of time and reduce our already far too short attention span.
Addiction can cause a lot of damage to oneself, but also relationships and families.
8. VIDEO GAMES
Video games are by far one of the most dangerous fairly new addictions around, which is likely to increase in the future. This addiction makes us escape our problems by entering a virtual world of entertainment, in which you can be anything you would like to be. Escape is the process of neglect, it means we neglect our responsibilities, we neglect our personal growth, and we create a fake and fixated relationship to success and achievement (the process of setting and meeting goals or milestones).
Video gaming is heavily associated with loneliness and weakened or twisted self-image due to the lack of human contacts in real life. Virtual reality also offers the option of creating friends in the virtual world and online gaming in this sense is dangerous due to the patterns it creates.
We tend to commit ourselves more and more to spend as much time as possible online and often without breaks with our newly made friends, which in turn can even negatively influence important things like eating habits and nutrition intake. Lack of exercise can also lead, and it often does, to acid reflex and posture problems, as well as lack of muscle mass and ultimately obesity due to an unhealthy lifestyle.
Good or more accurately tasty (rarely healthy) food releases dopamine and serotonin, and as our endorphin levels and addiction to sugar are involved we have marriage from hell like with heroin. Food addiction often leads to short- and especially long-term weight problems, which in turn have a very negative impact on our self-image, they trigger fears of failure and can lead to serious health problems, especially weakening of immune system, diabetes, and high blood pressure.
Relationships are also often under strain and often people with food addiction teach their bad habits to their children, which is very disturbing because every child should have the right to shape their own life.
It is worth being mindful of food quality. Increased intake of truly pure and healthy ingredients can help create a positive healthier relationship to food and even life in general.
You should give it a try of raw chocolates and cakes, they are delicious!
10. WORK ADDICTION
Work can easily become our passion and when we work with things we like we can all of a sudden start prioritizing it over things that are much more meaningful to us like health, sleep, nutrition, love, exercise, hobbies. The worst thing associated with our relationship to work is that it may allow us to run away from things, it makes us forget and face up to our real problems. It is great to have goals, and being determined and ambitious can create purpose, which is a great thing, but we should remember that work can, due to our passion, easily equally turn our life into something destructive.
In everything there is a golden middle road, do not stray from the path, as it will have an extremely negative impact and strain on self-image, our lifestyle, family, relationships, hobbies, social networks, and relaxation time. Workaholics are missing out on almost everything in life, but only ever tend to understand their sacrifice when they are too old to change anything. LIFE is too short to only waste it on work.
False Feeling of Security
All these addictions are addicting because of the false feeling of security, we feel they all have much to give us although the opposite is true at the point where they have become addictions. We want to feel good and free from all the suffering and pain associated with life (physical and emotional), and whilst there is nothing wrong with trying to arrange life to be carefree, it requires us to face up to ourselves and truly deserves it. The saying, ‘nothing comes free, is a perfect reminder of how addiction actually works, it is an exchange with the devil, so to say. We give something of ourselves, but in turn, we also suffer inside and slip further away from understanding our real purpose and potential in life.
As said earlier, something as ridiculous as collecting rocks can turn into an addiction, which is why we should be careful and understand any emerging behavior patterns in life. Things that we enjoy and like, things that give us satisfaction always stand a high risk of becoming addictions, why? Because, this is the point when our body starts to produce dopamine, endorphin, and serotonin, hormones that give us pleasure.
When using drugs or if you are highly addicted to some sort of activity, this sense of pleasure is usually exponential due to the abnormal quantity of hormones (1400 % more) produced by our body. This state of euphoria affects our mood positively, but that sense of happiness, joy, and excitement will turn drastically when you stop doing the thing that gave you this feeling of pleasure. The drop in our hormonal levels makes us sort of crash and what is the only logical action for lifting them back, do that what brings you pleasure.
Addictions keep us on a day-by-day roller-coaster that we cannot stop without rehabilitation, we must reset our body and mind to remove these demons out of our life, the longer we stay addicted the harder it gets to make the necessary change. Not to worry, it is not all bad, as there are actually many natural ways and options for lifting our spirits and hormone levels (when approaching them sensibly):
Natural way of lifting hormonal leveles
• Exercise and sports
• Having sex
• Listening to music
• Sleeping well
And obviously avoiding:
which impacts our physical brain chemistry negatively and unbalances us, which in turn in the long run can cause us to experience difficult and often even painful withdrawal symptoms.
The greatest thing with life is that for every action there is a counteraction or in this case solution on how to tackle our addiction(s).
What seems so unfair is that this knowledge on how to naturally find solutions to tackle and beat our addictions is not usually something the world shares with the people suffering from addiction. Like with most things people and industry choose to withhold information to boost their own means, someone who administers drugs would probably not be very happy if everyone was cured or someone selling video games would not be happy if all players disappeared as their cash flow would diminish.
In this sense, the world is quite a nasty place because rather than removing addiction it focuses on maintaining due to the fortunes that can be made through other people’s misery and misfortune.
You now have a chance to help, if you agree, make sure you share this information with people you know, talk about the problem of addiction openly and constructively so we can collectively as people start helping people understand that it is the sources who get rich from maintaining an addicted world that is the problem.
Any one addicted person we can free from their obsession is a win and bullet that makes a difference on our road to make our planet addiction-free and happier, because no person, especially a child, should ever be made to live in a world of addictions. It is not right.

Read more about amino acids from here:
We also recommend you to read this awesome book called ‘The mood cure’ written by Julia Ross. This book is based on 15 years of clinical studies in collaboration with doctors, nutritionists, and psychotherapists and they really have noticed that you can balance your brain chemistry and it works on 98% of the cases and has had positive effects on treating addictions, pain, anxiety, depression, panic, burn out, and obviously stress. Please note, that there are some limitations in terms of who cannot use amino acids, you can find the information in the Amino Acid Analysis.
Why amino acids are the best thing for breaking free and getting rid of your addictions for good?
One of the best things about amino acids is that you really cannot get addicted since the hormones they produce are our natural hormones. The most important thing when you start, which is a general rule in life; do start slowly and be careful, monitor how you feel, and try to understand your own limits. Just because a package or text has a recommended dosage does not make it the right dosage for you regardless of how much research and evidence is presented, why? Because we are all unique and special, which is why anything that we need in life is also individual, all recommendations in life are just guidelines.
We recommend using our personalized service Amino Acid Analysis, where professionals guide you all the way through the steps to find out what is out of balance in your body in terms of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, etc. Furthermore, they provide in-depth therapy guidance and assistance to get you started if these subjects are new and unfamiliar. Qi-Optima.com also offers a personalized muscle test program.
Amino acids are great in the sense that they are rapid, you may feel the impact in minutes and the feeling can at best last up to 4 hours. Amino acids are also affordable vitamins and minerals, which is a benefit to consider as well.
When we get rid of physical addictions we still need to deal with our emotional trauma and realize that this change impacts our present lifestyle.
As we keep pointing out in Qi-Optima, our bodies are built and influenced by 5 different dimensions shown in this table.
This table is largely used by meditation schools in order to explain and make students understand and aware of the point that humans are complete beings. Dr. Klinghart uses this theory for teaching doctors and holistic therapists in psychokinesiology.
In this PDF you can see starting from the left:
• Number of body level
• Our experience
• Anatomical conceptual designation
• Related science
• Related medical treatment & healing techniques.
With psychokinesiology we can treat effectively until level 4 since working on the spiritual level is something we have to take care of ourselves. However, there are therapies specialized in this particular level. If you need help working on the spiritual level, Minja Zeus has developed a therapy called 12 chakra mirror meditation treatment, which will be released soon in Qi-Optima.
The idea of this therapy is that Minja is going to access your energy body by assessing what you should focus on when you meditate. As part of the assessment, Minja will also identify and recommend a personalized meditation for 21 days to help secure the necessary emotional switching that can take place.
Read more about psychokinesiology here: https://www.qi-optima.com/psychokinesiology/
This very unusual tool allows therapists to access and communicate with customers’ and patients’ subconscious minds in order to find out what is stopping the healing process whether it is something emotional and/or physical. Psychokinesiology techniques are ART 1, ART 2, Mental Field Therapy, APN 1, and APN 2.
The best thing is that our subconscious mind is letting us see what is necessary at this moment in order to start our healing process. It is just like peeling an onion, when we peel off the exterior layer we gain access to new information and areas that need fixing. Remember not all the treatments reach the 4th level.
Yet all the treatments are useful when accessed and timed correctly, for we use muscle testing, it helps us find out and observe our internal dynamics. Muscle testing or ART (autonomic response testing) is using our autonomic nervous system to detect if there is something stopping the healing process and this way we can communicate effectively through our subconscious mind.
This technique called psychokinesiology is created by a doctor who specialized in neurological illnesses, he is a psychotherapist and homeopath. During his career has been able to diagnose new diseases like Lyme’s disease (borreliosis). He also proved that these kinds of illnesses do not occur without unsolved psychological trauma.
Our subconscious mind can answer our calls, it communicates through muscle tension or relaxing of the muscle.
When we test all the programs we will always pinpoint the optimal solution. By guessing you can only go so far, but with testing, we can be more certain of the best cause of action and this is important the more serious the case is, hence understanding the subconscious level is paramount.
How does trauma develop?
The short version of how traumas take shape is that we experience something traumatic when we are alone or in an insecure situation. Trauma worsens when we are too immature to face up to and deal with our emotions and trauma. This is when we move into survival mode and tend to just lock the trauma and uncomfortable feelings inside us away.
Age is a significant factor when it comes to trauma because the younger we are when something traumatic happens the more it influences our personality. The fear and uncertainty that trauma triggers also hinders our holistic growth and have a negative effect on self-image and courage.
The impact of trauma takes different shapes especially if we belong to one of the following groups:
Neurotic, this group does not believe anything even if you try to help them. They focus on protecting themselves and they will make their protective walls as big as necessary in a neurotic way to keep them safe from their surroundings. These protective walls are kept strong through neglect, not believing anything is the fuel for ensuring safety is guaranteed. Repetition is one of the common clicks associated with neurotic behavior. Things like repeatedly cleaning or closing doors can be very distracting and disturbs the normal routine.
Narcissistic, this group likes to live life thru using others again trying to stay safe by not believing anything others try to tell them even if it is clearly true. This obsessive self-admiration is very harmful especially for close ones and because narcissistic people usually do not contain a lot of empathy, which is why the nature of this condition can turn into something really abusive.
Borderline, this group tends to be hypersensitive in terms of the senses, hearing, smelling, feeling, and/or seeing. They can sense spirits and things other people usually cannot see or identify. Borderlines do believe if someone tells them something, for example, ways to improve their health.
Schizophrenics, this group generally has faced some traumatic event when they were very young, even a baby, which has broken their personality, and now they really do not know themselves. This type of person may not even realize or understand that it has developed multiple personalities, these alternate personalities act as a safety blanket and therefore are their survival mechanisms. This group is the most serious trauma.
Look more at this in our main category Growth.
These personality disorders can feel like stigma and very unreal
Fear of facing uncomfortable
We collectively tend to fear facing the most difficult and uncomfortable things around us and in life, it is natural, but not healthy. People associate personality disorder with illness, and yes, in a way it is, but actually it is more like a block, like the tension that needs to be released for things to turn to normal. Judging people with personality disorders is purely wrong because all people have had to carry trauma at some point and it is likely that all of us still carry fragments of trauma, so you see we are no different, some just have it worse than others.
Trauma is often something we consider to be a punishment; the key thing is to learn to turn trauma into an opportunity. Yes, dealing with trauma and addiction is difficult, sometimes extremely difficult, but the opportunity waiting at the end of the tunnel is freedom.
This freedom is pure because after removing the blocks we can understand so much more about ourselves. In a sense, you could say that these moments are special because this is when we raise the curtain and truly make contact with ourselves, sometimes for the first time.
This is a place of joy and achievement because there is nothing harder and more meaningful in this world than the satisfaction that we feel when healing ourselves.
What has been done in life cannot be undone, we are not gods and this is why we make mistakes, not just we, others do as well. In all fear and desperation associated with trauma and addiction there always resides a small light, and we attract things in life, even traumatic things so that we can learn and grow, command and conquer, decipher the code to unlock the closed doors in our life.
We are also supposed to be creative and open-minded in how we start and run through our healing process and with the tools, techniques, support, and therapy we can comfortably start our journey, a journey that makes us whole, stronger, and proud of who we are.
When someone close to you is in a condition where they have lost their state of consciousness
Even though we might not think so, there are actual ways to communicate with people who have blocked out everything. When a person has lost their state of consciousness they have reached a level where the behavior resembles that of Alzheimer’s or even an unconscious person.
In other words, the soul and spirit have left the body and it seems like the person in question is not “there” or present anymore. Often this type of situation has been reached because the person in question is so obsessed with drugging themselves they might actually really lose control and not remember anything. This state of mind resembles sleepwalking and they all of a sudden just wake up somewhere they do not even remember.
We have been talking to many serious addicts to try and understand this behavior, where one loses total control for a given time.
Things that are clearly visible are that:
• The subjects in question have not had access to any quality, even medium quality nutrition
• They suffer from lack of sleep or even sleeplessness
• When they live on the streets and do not have access to funds, they easily turn to criminal behavior, stealing, or prostitution to maintain their lifestyle. Any money earned goes right back into drugs or whatever activity they are addicted to.
• Especially the closest family members are very worried and search even desperately for solutions on how to help the addicted loved one.
What can we do to help?
1. Firstly, you have to find out if this person is mentally willing and prepared to actually release their addiction. Make sure you talk to them when they are sober. If you cannot get any real breakthrough or connection with them, we have some further guidelines you can follow to try and make constructive progress and find a breakthrough. Look for professional help to support the healing process with Amino acids and nutrition, this usually works in 98% of the cases. Imagine the benefits and positive outcomes that could be achieved, especially for the loved ones, so it is really worth considering proper consultation and therapy.
2. Do not give money, as this will only give the addicted person the possibility to avoid taking any responsibility for their own actions. The result is simple; any such action contributes directly to them continuing to destroy their life. Remember the person you want to meet again is the person underneath the addiction, the addiction must have concurred before you meet them again.
3. Do not give shelter, as this has the same effect and supports their efforts to avoid taking any responsibility. At worst, if the addiction is strong, they might need to get to a point where they literally are on their knees screaming for help, without it healing cannot start because people need to commit to the fight.
4. Rewarding their effort is crucial when they are sober and fighting to beat the addiction, this is positive, but only when they stay on the path, if they slip back you need to stop the support, this may happen many times as well. Work on progressive dialogue ‘I will give you shelter and support if you show me that you really want to quit and start taking responsibility for your own life. We all have traumas and suffering, but we can live our life without addiction’.
5. Peer support works miracles, if you have identified an addiction or click (negative behavioral pattern) you can use it to show peer support. If you work on your problem whilst the addicted person works on theirs it can raise belief and spirits when they can see that they are not alone or isolated with their problem(s). Make sure you however show compassion and do not get fixated on your own healing, as the subject can turn the table and consider this to be neglect.
6. Know the seriousness of the addiction in case the person might need professional or other support like a safe rehabilitation environment to quit their addiction. Qi-Optima.com professionals can help you on the way and provide support or put you in touch with other professionals (if you do not know which one of our professionals to contact make use of the First Free Conversation and we guide you forward from there).
You may obviously call us on behalf of other people too, but it is always better, if possible, to include the person with the issue or problem, transparency is important. Also remember, worrying is not the best cause of action to a situation that will not change through worrying, worrying causes tremendous amounts of cortisol, which in turn weakens our body and its functions and in the long run can make us a problem rather than an extension to the solution.
7. Offer Amino Acid Analysis and Exterior Analysis (these are free).
8. Choose a supportive program for emotional healing from Qi-Optima’s professionals.
9. Offer Sober Company and healthy exercises like sports or art with the addicted person.
Try to show that in this world there is something else, something beautiful other than numbing yourself offering ways to feel even the horrible feelings in order to feel real happiness and joy.
Watch this interesting DolceVitaGlobal – MyLife interview where Minja Zeus interviews Zeke Vaarala. Zeke’s “Korkee Aika” band has made a beautiful song relating to addictive lifestyle in Finnish and it is called ‘Elos’ “Alive”, Zeke sings it in English in this video!
Worried about your loved one
When your situation with a loved one has gotten out of hand and you are worried about their safety and well-being as well as willingness to heal and change things for the better there are a few options available.
There are some different approaches to consider when looking to make contact with a person suffering from trauma and addiction.
Always remember that this is both your and their destiny, so whatever happens, it will happen for a reason, all you can do is your best and that is enough. Naturally, it is paramount we do everything we can for our loved ones, and when you have done this you can confirm to yourself that you did all you could, do not lose sleep over it, you must carry on with your life even if the outcomes are not always pleasant.
1. Establish a real authentic connection with the person. Try talking to the person in terms of what they think in terms of getting rid of the very unpleasant emotional unbalance in 48 hours, would they do it. Do note that this is always subject to the seriousness of the addiction and type of trauma, questions can sometimes trigger the wrong reaction if people already have lost control. Try to find out if they are willing to accept specialist or emotional external support. Always consider if there is a need for any supportive and safe environment, this is especially important if things are getting out of hand.
2. If they say no or you are unable to talk to them there is a possibility to connect with them thru a medium or psychic, as they are great at establishing a connection to the spiritual world and find out what the person is willing to do and what they are not. If you see this as a valid step forward you can contact us to recommend someone.
3. Try to speak to their soul by yourself, if you need guidance just book your slot for First Free Conversation and we will pinpoint the best way forward for you to connect with them spiritually.
4. When you feel you have done all you can, do talk to our professionals to see if there are any unexplored options left. When things are reaching a point where all options have been depleted we do recommend sending a letter or text message of encouragement to the person and telling them that ‘I know you are an intelligent person and that you are strong and you can handle this, you can survive and I trust you.
Then you can still one final time pray for the person and then work on letting go, letting the person go affirms that they are free to make their own decisions and go on towards their destiny.
Understanding the subconscious mind, trauma, as well as the pain and suffering that causes addiction is crucial
Schematic Therapy is a very useful base for understanding blockages.
Here is a brief summary to get you started.
Schematic Therapy is a form of therapy developed for the processing of emotional locks. Schematic Therapy is a new third-generation integrative therapy developed in the 1990s that combines the best features of different therapies. It is based on cognitive psychotherapy and integrated methods and methodology from psychodynamic therapy, character therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
Schematic Therapy was developed by an American Psychotherapist Jeffrey E. Young. Young was a student of Aaron T. Beck, the developer of cognitive psychotherapy. He saw how cognitive therapy can help people suffering from depression and anxiety. Cognitive therapy has been studied to be most effective in treating depression and anxiety.
In his client work, Young found that people had similar patterns of thinking and acting, which seemed to lead to similar problems. He ended up mapping and naming these patterns ‘The Adverse Regimens’, and defining his own therapeutic treatments for each of the 18 regimens. These models over time became known and called ‘life traps’. Tunnel locks and the problems they cause can be treated more effectively with Schematic Therapy methods than with traditional cognitive psychotherapy.
18 harmful schemes or emotional locks are:
• Emotional restraint
• Search malpractice
• Dependence on
• Inadequate self-control
• Emotional deficit
• Sacrifice of externality

This book and therapy form makes us aware of the reasons and background why people act the way they do because they do not see or channel the stress of the surrounding, which is so high that they end up with so-called ‘pipe vision’.
You can test this yourself, just read again those different emotional locks and count how many you think that you have. Then read the book and see how many you really have or just read the descriptions on the page.
Usually, you have a few or at least one scheme that you are not aware of or that triggers high levels of stress and anxiety. Because the emotional locks are high you are not capable of dealing with this matter directly or with reason, instead, you rely on your primordial instinct and react thru them, just like animals do (survival mode).
Regression to The Future is a NEW Qi-Optima service
Minja Zeus mastered this technique in 2020 and even though she has undertaken some courses of hypnosis she has not put them into much use until now but did however use it for her own benefit particularly in association with her giving birth. In an interview at the time, Minja explained that ‘in pregnancy, I was so stressed out, maybe lacking a few nutrients as I made little mistakes on my supplements at that time, so I was not able to take daily naps. Then I started using my own hypnosis and could easily rest for 40min straight and it made me feel really energized.’
Minja has also pointed out that she really wanted to take care of her money issues, so she turned to her teacher Silja Ballin who told her about Regression to The Future. You can really use this method on any problem, health, wealth, relationship, or growth, whatever you want to change in your life regression helps open doors.
It works like this:
1. Start with First Free Conversation in order to find out if this treatment suits you.
2. If you are not aware of how hypnosis works and how it feels we will give you a detailed brief. Hypnosis is actually a very normal state as every person is in hypnosis before sleeping and before waking up.
3. We decide how far in the future you want to see, 5-15 years, and then we start the session with relaxation.
4. First we see the future you do not want, why? Because it shows as if nothing changes and you would be in the same condition again.
5. When we have seen enough we move to the future which we do want and you actually get to feel it, how good it feels inside your body. At this point, you can talk to yourself and establish how the future is laid out for you. After this, we work on developing tasks that will help you ascertain yourself and reach the future you have chosen to pursue.
Nowadays, if hypnosis fits the person, as there are certain conditions where hypnosis is not good for us, it will help you skyrocket in your realization of what kind of life path to follow and pursue.
Many times we focus heavily on our past, which is a problem because that is when we start manifesting our past. Instead, we should focus on manifesting the future, which is possible for anyone, but not that easy, as we need to let go of the past. When starting regression to the future we will usually start by manifesting the same kind of future as we did in the past and usually it is a foul experience.
As we continue the regression we will then renew the future that we want to move away from the past to focus on the future. Naturally, every regression is different and a very personal experience. Seeing our future in the way we dreamed is a powerful experience, which can be shared with people who have succeeded in manifesting their own future. When sharing experiences, the hints and tips often are things we have heard before, but due to our blocks, we have chosen to neglect and not take in the information.
Sometimes believing something requires us to speak it out loud before we are ready to take the information seriously.
Remember, the future is a little less manifested than the past!
We recommend reading this book
For example, physicist Albert Einstein’s theory of special relativity proposes that time is an illusion that moves relative to the observer. An observer traveling near the speed of light will experience time, with all its after-effects (boredom, aging, etc.) much more slowly than an observer at rest.
It is hard to start manifesting something you have never felt before, why not try Regression to the future first free conversation and figure out if this is something that could help you and your life!
With Psychokinesiology you can find out what is stopping the healing process
Read our blog about Psychokinesiology:
The best thing about Psychokinesiology is that it is very accurate and does not second guess things. This method and tool are used by doctors because of the wide spectrum of possibilities for treatment it offers. It includes and makes use of many different therapies, as well analytical tools, which can be utilized at different levels.
Psychokinesiology is also great as it is readily available based on us communicating with our subconscious mind. This helps us find out and pinpoint our next steps, especially when talking about removing blocks and locks. The awesome things are that the different techniques in use can even take care of traumas that are deep-rooted and heavily affecting our personality, which in turn directly influences our quality of life, self-image, and mental handicaps.
Dealing with trauma and addiction is not only a blessing for yourself but a gift to the people around you as well, as it directly impacts their quality of life as well.
