5 Best Ways to Raise Vibration and Restore Balance if You are Struggling Emotionally or Spiritually
If you struggle to find the emotional, mental, or spiritual balance now for some reason, connecting to your inner power helps. Here are some efficient ways of doing that.
First – Choose to do the things you love even if they are “non-productive”. Joy is a “shortcut” to the soul – the place where your intuition, appreciation, inner peace and creativity emerge. This leads you to the path of least resistance and living more in harmony with yourself and others.
You also need your inner powers to be able to connect to what you want in life and to connect to those who you want to be with.
Secondly – You need time and space to connect to your inner powers. It’s worth while to give that to yourself. Just stop and find your own place where you feel safe and comfortable to be in- to look at yourself and life in peace.
Thirdly – Go to nature. Nature’s vibration is very high and you can probably connect to nature easily. Working or being in nature raises you vibration naturally to a high level and helps you to connect to your inner strengths.
Fourth – Maybe making or enjoying art is your channel to your soul powers.
Fifth – Meditation, prayer and all spiritual practices are humanity’s ancient way to raise the vibrations and to connect to the soul.
Now, I’m sitting in my favorite corner of our garden and I feel peaceful. The dynamics of the nature surround me. Sometimes I can hear a nightingale singing.
I would say we need this connection to the soul powers and it’s wonderful. It’s the experience of reflection, imagination, appreciation, and belonging.
In a busy life there is no place and time for those. But we definitely need them! I think this is an important teaching of the corona time too.
To awaken our inner powers we might also need a connection to purely vibrating living beings or elements of nature. From those experiences we can create connections to other people more easily, and to our wishes and dreams.
To me nature, water, and fire have been open channels. Also music. To delve into that best part of me. Many meditate. I love to do hypnosis. I love also for example gardening. The combination of the earth, water, sun, and living plants gives such a feeling of peace and belonging. Almost anything can be meditative. Walking for example.
What brings you joy and feeling of strong belonging, peace of mind and contentment? There is definitely the path of the least resistance to your own inner powers. To the best part of you. Just use it!
